Meer is a cheerful girl who just wanted her wish to come true; to be her idol
(Lacus Clyne). Meer was used by Gilbert Dullindal, because he wanted to
control 'the people' and Lacus Clynes' influence is very strong among them.
He created Meer, knowing that Lacus couldn't be controlled. Meer followed
Gilbert's orders exactly and was blinded by the fact that she believes she is
helping everyone in doing so. Meer becomes lost in herself, thinking that she is
the
real 'Lacus Clyne'. Seeing how people refer to her as 'Lacus-Sama' and
looking in the mirror and seeing Lacus' face doesn't help. Meer is just
this girl who was confused and believed she was saving people and making them
happy. She gets to be her idol, a person respected by everyone, she
doesn't want to give all that up. Meer's past is never really shown but one
can interpret that she loved to sing, but was never really admired nor
appreciated by people. She may have felt like she lived under Lacus'
shadow.
