This little guy is actually very mysterious. No one knows who made it, because Athrun is the creator of
all of Lacus' haros, and it is quite obvious its not Athrun who made it. So, where could Meer have gotten this one from?
Who taught this Haro how to speak English? This Red ball gives unanswered questions. Well, just like Lacus,
Meer carries her Red Chan with her almost every where, though she is not attached to it (I actually dont really think she cares about it
very much). But, it is there with her all the time when she's alone. She has talked and smiled at it.
Red chan was used to send Meer's letter addressed to Lacus.
*Please note that it's not really called 'Red Chan', I just called it that because its red and Chan
is used to describe a good friend. Also, because Lacus calls her pink haro, Pink chan XD*
